What's piZZing me Auf right now! Okay, so I'm trying to change the coffee mug in my blog, I can't seem to find a straight forward way of doing it. Search for opml/instant outliner/opml mug on Dave's site. The result actually has the text of the entry. NO pointer to the post, for added measure there is a pointer to the main webpage. There are some links in there for gifs done by jennet. but damn if i can find the damn coffee mug on her site. The search on her site takes me to places I don't really fucking care to goto right now. The coffee mug I'm trying to put there is from Paolo's site (cuz its on a darker background). Anyhoo, Paolo parades around the mugs, but no link as to how to actually change the image. noodle back over to scripting.com, some more search terms, samy annoying result. The instant outlining page doesn't even say you can update the gif. Looking at the source, it looks like its picking it up from [http://radio.weblogs.com/0001015/images/2002/03/16/opmlMugTransparentGray.gif]. Why? oh Why? Why can't I just upload the damn thing into my own images directory? so I try to open the IO to bitch about it. Click on anything in your "buddies list" and the whole Radio freezes up. FOR 30 seconds or more. I'm sure its doing something gravely important! I would appreciate at least a fucking popup (I think they figured out how to do nice popups in Radio long time ago) telling me what the FUG its doing! Anyhow, now you can see how fucking pissed I am. Also I have to get the license for this thing, but heaven only knows what wonderful adventures await me if I fail to get a license key in time! Okay, so I figured it out: The thing is hardcoded! Using the pic tool save the new pictures in your images directory. Now edit system.verbs.builtins.radio.outliner.macros.coffeeMug (or just search for this string) change the hardcoded image string and its height/width params to the new path on your blog image directory. save it republish your home page. voila! 10:10:29 PM    comment [] You see these "ordered lists" below? its because I've been using my <instant blog> from my OPML Instant Outline. time to watch the simpsons... unKool?
