Adobe, Open Source, Python
I was looking up information on "partial specialization" and came across the Adobe Open Source page.
Whoa! Python+Photoshop..Python+Illustrator...Python+After Affects...Python+Perforce SCM!
The details page look a bit outdated (Python 1.5.2, Windows only) Perhaps this post is also. Sunds like the Photoshop and After Affects stuff has been around since the 2001 O'Reilly Open Source Conference.

SpamBaby^H^Hyes...
I've been using SpamBayes for awhile succesfully with Outlook 2000. There have been a couple oddities that I keep telling myself to follow-up on (mark as read toggling, filter folders mixed across network and personal folders) but all in all, it's doing a great job of snagging the 2-6 muckmails that comes my way. Interestingly enough, of the 50-75 I've accumulated so far, I saw no redundant "from" email addresses!
If your interested in the Hormel meat product SPAM visit www.SPAM.com, if your having trouble with junk mail (dubbed "Spam") give SpamBayes a try.
Note: We do most of our family blogging over at Nomadic Ponderings, but after seeing the very cute Miles Hacker blog postings I needed to drop this nugget of 6 week old Jude.
