weblog feedback...and my keyboards back Notes to self: Consider re-work links on the Title. URL'd friend to here for a link, and they clicked on the title, not the URL's within.  But among Radio blogs I've seen, few rarely fill in the Link field to override the title URL.  Add Permalink text near the # icon. Got a reason to try out the outliner: Weblog To-Do's. (Note to world: This has a very low priority right now.) I still use a Wiki to store "BlogLater" notes by adding the URL as a comment.  I've given up on any Favorites menu.  Out of sight, out of mind...especially with tens of links, most of which could be dubbed "read later." According to my wife, they keyboard just starting working again today. 11:26:51 PM    Your 2 cents... Currently.   Parable of the Languages Nothing like a "this has been posted on slashdot" remark to make one ponder even blogging it, but I finally came across and read BurningBird's "The Parable of the Languages." I liked the parts about C, the witty responses from the programming languages themselves in the comments (although the Python one didn't quite live up to my reverence), and the labeling C# as a "Prince."  That works is no many fun ways... For personal writing, this rocked.  I get annoyed when people nit on spelling and grammar errors in comments.  Why not email that stuff?  Criticize in private, Praise in public...  Looking forward to the SQL, myself. Actually the prequel would be fun also, as they blew past assembly.  I suppose C is the cross platform assembly language...and no need bringing platform wars into a language taunt. 11:07:54 PM    Your 2 cents...
