Must....switch...to....PyDS
How much memory does Radio Userland need? 2 days in a row I've posted multiple items with no upstreaming...at least this time it didn't show up in my RSS feed.

PyCS Referral thoughts

One of the killer features of PyCS are the referrals pages...including a nifty Zeitgeist view.

I'm finding I wish there were these pages for website topic hubs, such as http://www.python.org

Seems like it might add some interesting and obscurely relevant data angle on consumer view of a project. This definitely isn't a new concept, but I've never been interested in site statistic pages until my experience with python community server.

More: PyCS Referrer Features

Feature Request: A page which listed referral information for the entire site, as such, aggregated it all....time to stop thinking out loud and get some sleep.

PyDS Wiki Thought

I haven't been tracking Python Desktop Server much.  But it looks as it if has reStructuredText and some sort of Wiki support.

Feature Request: Allow the wiki to be configurable as "personal" or "community", thus making the wiki weblog more of a weblogs + wiki.  I realize this would take a lot, and require a lot of additional XML-RPC features on the wiki--PLUS some  fancy footwork in upstreaming, but...a product without feature requests is an unused product, right?

Quote of the Moment: Blogs are for hearing about what an individual says about something. Wikis are for seeing what a community thinks about something. - via David James Duncan http://x180.net/Blog/Conferences/NFJS/Milwaukee03Review.html
