Garth: any idea what this is about:
Assertion failure in stray link resolver: refname=None, refuri=None, node.resolved=0, targetids.get(None)=None
I get that in the event log on creating new wiki pages several times (about 10 times when creating one page!).
I think I will put out a 0.6.1 tomorrow, so if you have noticed some smallish bugs, please notify me that they get fixed in that release, too!

So we have a reference node that isn't resolved, has no name, and no URI. I wonder what the text is?
This turned out to be a problem with tables of content.
