Got some more work done

I've been working more on MeshTool, for which I should start making code available. I've now got the item database stocking itself appropriately for Wiki nodes being rendered. Next: adding the new link resolution signatures to WikiTool and keeping track of those, too.

Yeah, it's been a while, but work is insanely busy and Willow is insanely cute. :)

Identifying the First Paragraph

Setting text-ident on paragraphs, but suppressing it if the paragraph class is first, it's pretty obvious that the code that figures out which is the first paragraph is somewhat broken. That needs work.
